The UAE has quickly become one of the region's education hubs: Dubai and Abu Dhabi host branch campuses of well-known global universities, instruction is in English, and the student body is truly international.
For students from the CIS, the main draws are branch campuses of Western universities, teaching in English and direct flights; tuition examples on this page start at about $16,600 a year.
These 2026 examples concern specific campuses: UE Dubai’s published standard undergraduate tariff is about $16,600 annually; UOWD’s Bachelor of Business Administration is about $17,300 annually including 5% VAT. UOWD notes that the amount varies with subjects taken. Neither is a price for all UAE universities or master’s programmes.
UOWD’s accommodation list contains shared-housing examples. If the monthly rates are confirmed, 12 payments would be about $7,200–$12,300. The university explicitly asks students to confirm billing periods with providers: some listings charge by trimester. Check availability, the full stay, utilities, transport and the deposit.
UOWD BBA plus that housing gives a partial subtotal of $24,500–$29,600. It is not a complete annual budget: food, connectivity, insurance, visas, flights and other missing categories are separate. Housing is paid to the provider, not the university; do not add visa-funds evidence again to the costs it covers.
To reduce costs, compare shared rooms, journey time and cost, study load and total programme duration. Foundation and master’s study need separate quotes. Compare other locations or countries if the figures exceed your budget while retaining accreditation and language requirements. Work income or an unconfirmed scholarship cannot replace secured funding.
Confirm the campus, qualification awarded, payment schedule, taxes and refund terms in the current programme offer. A fee example from UOWD does not price a different university.
International students are admitted on the basis of their diploma and an English certificate (IELTS/TOEFL). Some programs offer a Foundation year.

The institution assesses your exact school qualification, subjects, grades and language. For an 11-year certificate, confirm equivalence and programme eligibility before paying. Exams or preparation may be required; a language course alone does not establish academic eligibility or admission. More: guide.
Master’s admission assesses the previous degree, relevant subjects, grades and language; programme-specific conditions may apply. Compare the whole duration, annual versus full-course fees and recognition for the intended further study or profession. The awarding institution, campus accreditation and professional recognition need separate confirmation; nearby employers do not guarantee a placement or job.
