1. General provisions
StudyU provides educational consulting services, not physical goods. Accordingly, the refund policy is based on the nature of the services provided, as well as on Law No. 6502 “On Consumer Protection” and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
2. Refund terms
- A refund is possible only before services begin.
- If any client-support activities have begun (for example: interviews, program selection, document review, communication with universities), no refund is provided.
- If the client chooses to withdraw from the services after work has begun, payment is not refunded.
3. Exceptions
Exceptional cases may be considered individually (for example, in the event of force majeure or an error on our part), but StudyU reserves the right to deny a refund.
4. How to submit a refund request
To request a refund before services begin, email us info@studyu.org, specifying:
- Full name
- Payment date
- Reason for the request
The request will be processed within 5 business days.
5. Refund method
- Refunds are issued by the same method used for payment.
- For card payments, funds are returned to the same card.
- StudyU is not responsible for delays on the banks' side.
