PARTIES AND DEFINITIONS
This contract is concluded between the following parties on the terms set out below:
Buyer: an individual or legal entity that has ordered services on the site www.studyu.org
The Provider (STUDYU INTERNATIONAL Eğitim Hizmetleri ve Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi): a company that provides educational consulting services remotely.
1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The Buyer purchases educational consulting services from the Provider. The contract governs the parties' mutual rights and obligations regarding the remote provision of services via the website www.studyu.org in accordance with Law No. 6502 “On Consumer Protection” and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
2. BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS
Buyer:
- confirms they are 18 or older and have legal capacity;
- agrees to provide accurate and complete information;
- acknowledges familiarity with the scope and cost of the services;
- is not entitled to claim a refund of the price difference if the service later becomes part of a promotion.
3. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
- All services require full prepayment before they begin.
- After work has begun (including consultations, university selection and submitting applications) a refund is not possible.
- In the case of a refund by court decision or for objective reasons, the refund is issued by the same payment method.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The Buyer may withdraw from the service within 14 days if the service has not begun.
- If the service began before the withdrawal period ended, at the client's request, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
- Services delivered electronically and intangible products are non-refundable once use has begun.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All text, visual materials, code and other elements of the site belong to the Provider. Copying, distribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure includes: natural disasters, wars, strikes, epidemics and IT-infrastructure failures. In such cases, the parties are released from liability for non-performance.
7. LEGAL CONSEQUENCES AND DISPUTES
- The contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
- In the event of disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement authorities of Istanbul.
