Demand and earning potential

The Turkish market. Turkey's private schools, kindergartens and language centres are always looking for teachers; state schools require Turkish and a teaching licence. International schools pay noticeably more than local ones. Income benchmarks shift quickly: pay ranges are revised annually along with minimum-wage indexation, so always check the current year.

What raises income: CELTA/DELTA or IB certification, C1 English, experience at international schools. We break down up-to-date salary ranges by city and employer in a free consultation.

How to apply for Child Development in Turkey

Admission to Child Development programs at private Turkish universities runs on your school record: an 11-year certificate is accepted directly, and most universities skip entrance exams. Prepare a language certificate - TOEFL or TÖMER depending on the track - and the denklik recognition of your diploma, which we run in parallel with the application. State universities may ask for the YÖS or SAT.
