These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.studyu.org and the services provided by STUDYU INTERNATIONAL Eğitim Hizmetleri ve Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“StudyU”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services
StudyU provides educational consulting services, including guidance on university selection, application support, and related advisory services for international students seeking admission to private universities in Türkiye.

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized by a parent or guardian. You must also provide accurate and complete information during your application and communication with us.

3. Service Agreement
When you engage StudyU for consultancy, you agree to enter into a service agreement and pay the specified fee. The services begin once payment is received and our consultants initiate the admission process. Details of what is included in the service are outlined on our website and/or sent to you in writing.

4. Pricing and Payment
All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated. Fees vary depending on the selected service package. Payment is accepted via bank transfer or other approved methods. StudyU reserves the right to update pricing at any time, but changes do not affect previously confirmed orders.

5. Refund and Cancellation
Refunds are not provided once the consultation, university shortlisting, or application support has started. You may cancel your order and request a full refund within 14 days of payment only if the service has not yet commenced. After services have begun, no refund is possible. 6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements at our discretion if a client provides false information, engages in abusive behavior, or violates any of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, graphics, software, and branding—is the property of StudyU and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
StudyU is not responsible for decisions made by universities, scholarship boards, or governmental authorities. We provide advisory services to the best of our ability, but admission outcomes depend on each institution’s criteria and the applicant’s profile.

9. Force Majeure
StudyU shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or political instability.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be settled by the courts and enforcement authorities of Istanbul.
