These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.studyu.org and the services provided by STUDYU INTERNATIONAL Eğitim Hizmetleri ve Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter “StudyU”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

StudyU offers educational consultancy services including university selection, document preparation, and guidance for international students applying to private universities in Türkiye. To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal permission from a guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the consultation and admission process.

By submitting payment, you enter into a consultancy agreement with StudyU. Services commence once payment is received. Service packages and their contents are detailed on our website or provided in writing. All services must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise stated. Prices vary by package and may change over time, but changes do not apply retroactively to confirmed orders. Payment is accepted via bank transfer or other approved methods.

Refunds are not available once services have begun, including consultations, university matching, or application processing. You may cancel and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if no part of the service has been used. After that point, or once service delivery has begun, refunds are no longer possible. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if false information is provided, if there is abusive behavior, or if any part of these terms is violated. All content on our website—including texts, visuals, code, and trademarks—is the intellectual property of StudyU and is protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any material without written permission.

StudyU does not guarantee admission outcomes, as these depend on university policies and the applicant’s qualifications. We are not responsible for actions taken by universities, scholarship boards, or government institutions. We act as consultants, not representatives or agents of any educational institution.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, technical failures, internet outages, or political disruptions. In such cases, both parties are released from obligations without liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
